1 Year Manufacturer Warranty for The Tee Clip® V.V Product Line
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Applies to: The Tee Clip® V.V (V.5) Premium Kit, The Tee Clip® Tether V.V, and The Tee Clip® MINI V.V)
The Tee Clip warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery of the original order.
What This Warranty Covers
Repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of any component of the Tee Clip body, Duo Clip / hat clip, integrated or fixed barrel(s), magnetic elements, or divot tool that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- The included golf tees (wooden or otherwise).
- Loss of the included ball marker(s).
- Loss of the included embedded magnetic divot tool (applies to The Tee Clip® V.V and The Tee Clip® MINI V.V).
- Barrel breakage, bending, or damage resulting from drops, impacts, crushing, or any form of misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, corrosion from extreme environmental exposure beyond normal golf course use, modifications, or any damage caused by accident, negligence, or use other than as intended.
Note: Replacement divot tools and ball markers may be purchased separately on our website.
How to Make a Claim
Contact us at orders@theteeclip.com with your order number within 365 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear description of the issue (and photos if possible).
The item and all broken or damaged parts must be shipped to Lost Wedge, LLC for inspection prior to any replacement being issued.
If the claim is approved under this warranty, a new item will be provided. Any replacement item is warrantied only for the remaining portion of the original one-year period measured from the original date of delivery of the original order. The warranty expires and is void 365 days after the original date of delivery of the original order.
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty offered by The Tee Clip / Lost Wedge, LLC and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
