Contest Name: Find The Lost Wedge™ and Win!

Overview: Join our exciting giveaway for a chance to win a 2024 Titlist® Vokey SM10 60 10s Wedge! Each month from October to December 2024, one winner will be randomly shipped a “Lost Wedge™” hidden in the tin of The Tee Clip, with an additional random winner chosen from all eligible purchases during the contest period.

Giveaway Details:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must purchase The Tee Clip® from https://theteeclip.com or https://shop.theteeclip.com.
   • Purchases made on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or any other retailer are not eligible.
   • The contest is valid only for The Tee Clip®; purchases of The Tee       Clip® Mini, The Tee Clip® Tether, The Tee Clip® Hip Clip, The Tee Clip® Duo Clip, or any other products are not eligible.
   • Participants must keep The Tee Clip® to qualify for both the monthly and random drawings.
   • Winners of the monthly prize are not eligible to win the random drawing giveaway.
   • The contest is void if The Tee Clip® is returned.

1. Monthly Winner Selection:
   • One winner will be randomly shipped The Tee Clip® containing the Lost  Wedge™ each month in October, November, and December 2024.
   • To enter, participants must purchase The Tee Clip® and find the Lost Wedge™ in the Tee Clip tin.
   • Monthly winners must post a photo of their Tee Clip® and the Lost Wedge™ on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, tagging @theteeclip.
   • Winners must email their photo to shane.wieters@lostwedge.com to claim their prize.
   • The winning Lost Wedge™ will be randomly included in eligible       purchases each month from the inventory allotted for that month.

1. Random Winner Selection:
   • A  random winner will be shipped The Tee Clip® containing the Lost       Wedge™ from all eligible orders placed between October 7, 2024,       and December 31, 2024.
   • Subsequent  purchases of The Tee Clip® after the monthly winner’s announcement are eligible for the random winner prize.
   • The random winner will be announced on February 1, 2025, via social media and email.
   • The random winner will receive a 2024 Titlist Vokey SM10 60 10s Wedge, shipped shortly after the announcement.

1. Chances of Winning:
   • Chances of winning are determined by the number of eligible purchases made during       each month and may fluctuate.

1. Prizes:
   • Monthly  winners will receive a 2024 Titlist® Vokey SM10 60 10s Wedge.
   • Random winners will also receive a 2024 Titlist® Vokey SM10 60 10s Wedge.

1. Notification:
   • Monthly winners must notify Lost Wedge™, LLC via email at shane.wieters@lostwedgellc.com with photographic proof of finding the Lost Wedge™ and a link to their social media post tagging @theteeclip. We will repost and request another post with the prize once received.
   • Random winners will be notified via email and a social media announcement.

1. General Conditions:
   • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these official rules.
   • All entries must be received by the end of each month for monthly draws and by December 31 for the random draw.
   • Lost Wedge™, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
   • Titleist® is in no way connected or affiliated with this promotion or Lost Wedge™, LLC or The Tee Clip®. Prizes are provided independently by Lost Wedge™, LLC.
   • Void where prohibited

Important Dates:

• Monthly  Winners Announced: When winners notify Lost Wedge™, LLC they have  found the Lost Wedge.
• Random Winner Announced: February 1, 2025.
